Tuesday Evening Kundalini Yoga (6:00-7:30 pm)

Open Dates
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Evenings
Join us for 90 minutes of movement, breath, meditation, and sound—designed to bring clarity, connection, depth, and inner alignment.
We gather on the first three Tuesday evenings of each month (beginning in October and running until June) at the serene Bethlehem Retreat Centre. The last Tuesday of each month is reserved for rest and recalibration.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Through kriya (specific movement and breath sequences), mantra, and meditation, we awaken vitality and deepen presence.
All are welcome—no experience necessary.
