We are living in a time when how we understand ourselves—and how we learn—is evolving. Many of us are no longer seeking hierarchy, spiritual ideals, or externally defined outcomes. What we are seeking instead is clarity, coherence, and a trustworthy relationship with our own lived experience.
The 10 Bodies of Kundalini Yoga offer a time-tested architecture for this inquiry—one that remains deeply relevant when approached with humility, discernment, and a modern understanding of embodiment.
This course reflects my most current level of study and teaching, including extensive recent training with Guru Singh, whose work has profoundly influenced my understanding of the relationship between the subtle body and the physical body.
This is the work of how consciousness is lived, not theorized, through the nervous system, breath, and presence.
The learning environment is intentionally non-hierarchical. This is not about “advanced” students or superior knowledge. It is about refined relationships, with yourself, with practice, and with one another.
We move away from top-down instruction and toward shared inquiry, authentic participation, and embodied understanding.
Living Architecture
The 10 Bodies are a relational map of human intelligence, describing how awareness organizes itself through subtle and physical dimensions simultaneously.
This framework helps us understand relationships:
- between breath and body
- between sensation and meaning
- between intuition and action
- between inner authority and shared humanity
Rather than emphasizing transcendence, manifestation, or self-optimization, this work supports integration, learning to recognize, listen to, and care for the whole system of being.
Each body is an interdependent field, continually influencing the others. When one is overemphasized or ignored, coherence is lost. When they are brought back into dialogue, we experience steadiness, discernment, vitality, and ease.
