Nourishing Meals
8:00-9:00 am Breakfast | 12:00-1:00 pm Lunch | 5:30-6:30 pm Dinner
Nourishing the body and soul by sharing a meal is an essential part of any gathering at Bethlehem, with food thoughtfully prepared by our Chef de Cuisine. Nourishing meals in an all-you-can-share home-style buffet environment include coffee and tea.
Each meal is allotted one hour, giving guests time to enjoy their food at a relaxed pace and connect with others in a meaningful way. With a small dedicated culinary team, we focus on quality, care, and sustainability in everything we serve.
Garden to Table
We take pride in being able to grow seasonally fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables on-site in the volunteer run garden using organic practices and a low carbon footprint. The produce is transformed by talented chefs and food services team into nutrient-rich meals for guests.
Specific Dietary Needs
As a charitable organization, we do our best to accommodate Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegetarian diets. While we cannot customize meals to individual preferences, we will make every effort to label for identified medical allergies.
If individuals have any other specific dietary restrictions, we advise you to bring any personal food items you may need. Guesthouses are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave & kettle for use.
The Role of Group Leaders
To help us support your guests’ experience, all dietary needs (including severe medical allergies) must be entered in the online registration portal five days prior to arrival. Without dietary detail, we will assume omnivore with no restrictions. Group Leaders can learn more about how to do your part.
