Embers and Expansion: A Fall Kundalini Retreat

With Jay Suttonbrown

October 16 - 18, 2026

Hosted by: Jay Suttonbrown & Manipura Yoga College

The light softens, the pace changes, and we are invited inward to listen deeply and reorient to our inner compass.

To turn inward.
To listen more deeply.
To feel what is true now beneath the surface.

A moment to reconnect with your Inner Compass, the steady, intelligent guidance within you that does not rush, perform, or force… but knows.

To tend the embers, the quiet, steady warmth of your knowing.
To open to expansion, the clarity and direction that emerge through deep listening.

A space to exhale and come back to yourself.

Embers and Expansion: A Fall Kundalini Retreat

This retreat moves with two natural currents.

Embers are the sustaining warmth of your knowing. What remains when distraction falls away. What is steady, honest, and anchored in authenticity?

This is the part of you that does not get lost in the pace of daily life. The quiet truth that is always present, even when it is not being listened to.

Expansion is the clarity, energy, and direction that emerge when you activate deep listening. Not something you push toward, but something that reveals itself when you are aligned, when you have re-established coherence.

And this requires space.

To step out of the familiar rhythms and responsibilities that shape our days. To soften the constant input, the momentum, the subtle noise that keeps us outwardly focused.

What You Will Experience
This is an invitation to inner work.

  • This weekend is a space to exhale and come back to yourself. There will high vibration and deep stillness. There will be personal space and authentic community. You be fully you, seen, respected and heard.
  • There is no pressure to perform or arrive in any particular way.
  • All aspects of the retreat are optional, and each offering is structured to support your personal journey.
  • Not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
  • There is permission to soften.
There is space to be seen without explanation. There is a shared field that supports each individual process.
  • Your Inner Compass strengthens in presence, in relationship, in true belonging (not conformity).
