The Intelligence of Feeling

With Jay Suttonbrown

January 12 - April 13, 2027

We will explore the spiritual space of feeling, how emotions such as fear, anger, and unmet needs are not obstacles, but forms of non-verbal communication guiding you toward alignment.

Through practice and reflection, you will learn how to:

  • Regulate your nervous system through direct experience
  • Safely feel and process (rather than avoid) feelings.
  • Understand the purpose of your feelings
  • Integrate Satya Prakashanam: a lived, embodied clarity that is not forced, but revealed.
  • Embody Sunia: deep inner listening that allows us to be in relationship with what is actually present..
  • Work with the chakra system as a living map of awareness
  • Reconnect to your Inner Compass (your capacity for inner guidance)

This is not about fixing, this is about learning how to listen and trust what you hear.
