The Power of Blessing: Keeping Easter Hope Alive – Men’s Retreat

With Glenn Inglis

April 12 - 14, 2024

We have celebrated Easter, but soon the promise of new life seems to fade as we confront the horrors and challenges of our world. Hope fades to gloom and despair; love loses its zeal. How do we keep our faith and love alive?

Before we try to change the world, it is best to renew faith and hope in our own lives. And a good way to do this is in a community where hope, love and acceptance are nurtured. We celebrate our own uniqueness and our shared humanity in the light of Easter’s blessing.

We meet to sing, pray, share our stories and enjoy the beauty and serenity of Bethlehem. We also have times of silence to pray, ponder and write. Together, we enjoy the blessings of God – yes, laughing is allowed!
