Retreat in support of Syrian refugees in our community

This one-day retreat in the natural surroundings of Westwood Lake will focus on
enjoying the benefits of increasing ease, flexibility and comfort in your body, moving
inward through meditation practices and spending quiet time in nature and self reflection
on what nourishes us.
Enjoy spring in the beauty of a lakeside retreat without leaving town. Cultivate inner
stillness through mindful movement, gentle yoga and meditation, connect with the
quiet beneath the busy pace of daily life.
Joan Wagner is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and facilitator. Her background
includes training in meditation, yoga, somatics and mindfulness.
Retreat fee is $75. Vegetarian lunch is included in the price of the retreat.
