Most meditative practices watch the mind. In this practice, we do the same thing, but with a pen in our hands and following to see where thought might lead us.

In Meditative Writing Practice, we shift our attention away from what we are trying to say and listen for what occurs. We let go of the idea of a subject or an audience. We simply follow our thought with deepening curiosity and without judgment. Together we will get quiet, centre ourselves, and follow our thoughts with a pen in our hands.

Commuters:  $125 includes lunch & 2 snacks
Residents:      $280 includes private room, dinner, breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks
