Join us for Kundalini Yoga practice to align your inner energies with the change of the season.
The end of summer always feels like a big transition time. Vacations wind down; school returns, the days get shorter, and after a long hot summer, we are surprised to feel a chill in the air.
As seasons change and days get shorter, our energies (internal and external) experience obvious and subtle shifts. Some experience great enthusiasm for this time, and others find life becomes more challenging during these transitions.
The change of season presents a good opportunity for us to REALIGN our internal balance, so we can move forward in peace.
The evening will offer a gentle Kundalini Practice followed by a deep meditation for cultivating balance, deep listening and inner alignment. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect to the energy of the Equinox, and the coming of Autumn.
