Job Description: Cook PT/Casual
Reports to: Chef
Key areas of responsibility:
The successful applicant must be adaptable, creative and confident in their ability to produce superior meals in a timely and efficient manner to meet or exceed the Chef and Guest expectations.
With the Chef’s direction and support you will work in a fast-paced, busy environment, consistently producing a wide variety of health conscious, tasty buffet and family style foods for up to 50 guests.
With guest satisfaction in mind, you will meet some dietary needs. All the while focusing on health and safety by keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen employing Food Safe procedures and Health and Safety guidelines set out by the Provincial Public Health Officer.
