The Chapel, built as a multi-purpose space, is tucked away in a stand-alone building on the property with its own private entrance that is wheelchair accessible.
There is a lot of natural light in the Chapel with its many windows as well as lovely views of the lawn, lake and forest. This meeting room has wonderful acoustics, is used for concerts, services, and other gatherings. It has a very good quality 5’2” Howard Baby Grand piano.
Higher ceilings give this room an airy feel. This space is a beautiful sanctuary making it ideal for gatherings of up to 100 people. There are dimmable pot lights and ceiling fans.

The Development Manager is a resourceful charismatic individual that can build relationships, cultivate donors, generate leads and grow revenue opportunities for Bethlehem Centre Society.
Working closely with the ED and board committees, you will conduct stakeholder analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and secure group bookings/programs, maintain relationships with existing group leaders/donors, as well as, collaborate with guest services to tend to on-going stakeholder recognition. The development manager also brings marketing skills and is responsible for working with the ED and our marketing partners to evaluate, create marketing campaigns across all channels (mail chimp, print, radio, television, and social media).
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent people/networking skills, experience with program management, be able to plan initiatives in advance and manage multiple tasks at once.
You will be comfortable cultivating donor relationships, showcasing the Centres offerings, creating proposals, ‘making an ask’ and presenting regularly. Service mindedness with sales experience is an asset.

The Oak Room is tucked away in a private spot located on the lower level of the Main House.
It feels spacious with high ceilings and has hardwood floors, which makes it the perfect space for yoga, dance, art workshops, or large board meetings.
It is a great room for a video screening, as it is easily darkened.
Rental of the Oak Room pairs well with a rental of the View Room.
It is accessible by a staircase in the front of the building through the Finger Labyrinth Museum, or down the hall from the View Room.
The Oak Room is not easily accessible by wheelchair.
